Hi there! I’m Sasha and I’m a bit of a wine and spirits nerd and enthusiast. But please - think about me as your favorite bartender who’s pouring one out for you!

I have been in the hospitality industry for well over a decade. My main role over the many years has been a bartender, and after submerging myself in the cocktail movement, a mixologist. What’s the difference? Well, I have had many late nights tending to swarms of people for pints of beers, vodka sodas and old fashioneds. And that turned into many late nights of tending to swarms of people for well, the same drinks, but very carefully measured out, using fresh and funky ingredients and proper techniques.

I then began my fondness for wine a little after the pandemic when I sought to challenge myself. I studied endlessly for over a year, took my Sommelier exam in Summer 2022, and I failed. I thought to myself, yup that’s it for me, back to cocktails I go! But that wasn’t the case. Back to endless studying for six months and in Winter 2023 I passed my exam. I now have a Sommelier Certification in advanced wine studies. 

All of the knowledge that I have gained has lead me to a passion of creating an atmosphere and space that makes what I know accessible and palatable to everyone and anyone. No, seriously, anyone!
